Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services (such as our SMS platform provider) is permitted. 14. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING COMMUNICATIONS - TERMS OF SERVICE
Program / Brand: FORM Charleston
Program Description: By opting in, you will receive text messages from FORM Charleston related to your account and our services, including class reminders, waitlist updates, schedule changes, booking confirmations, billing and membership notices, studio announcements, and occasional promotional offers and event invitations.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
Opt-In: When you opt in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
HELP: If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, text "HELP" to the number you receive messages from. We will respond with instructions on how to use the service and how to unsubscribe. You can also email us at info@formcharleston.com for support.
STOP / Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number you receive messages from. After you send "STOP" we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as you did the first time.
